The updated Regulations have passed and are now on the site. They can be found at http://www.stgfc.com/regs.shtmlAn overview of the changes made to the Regulations are as follows:
1) Spam and flame posts are now defined
2) Members can no longer be banned for having an overly lengthy signature
3) Each position in the Proconsul has been tweaked at least a little bit. The positions for Head Designer and Head Scribe changed the least.
4) Each member of the Proconsul as well as the Sergeant has to give a weekly report.
5) The power of the Sergeant has been expanded and is better defined.
6) The Sergeant now has a say in voting to ban members.
Overall, the goal of these updated Regulations is to better distribute power and responsibility in the Proconsul as well as to improve the Community as a whole. Plus, with the new Regulations, updates should be performed more frequent and regularly.
