Hello Everyone

I Just wanted to ask for some help for a BOS
mission im on Bunker Epsilon Mission
Buena Vista And I destroyed the power plant
But I dont know how to complete the second objective And I'm Stumped I dont know what to do to complete it! Please Help!!!!
