Later tonight, we shall have new avatars here at the Community that are actually Falloutish. For those of you who haven't been to Vault 52 at all, they have a lot of really cool Fallout avatars on their forums. So I asked Phil, the God-like figure over at V52, if I could use some of them on the Community forums, and he said sure. With that in mind, much thanks goes out to Phil and V52 for the new avatars.
